TYPO3 Sample Project (Version 2.7)

This is a complete example project for TYPO3. Our goal for the development was to make it easy for the first time user to setup his website.

The project consists of a TYPO3 layout template along with the most frequently used extensions - already configured and ready to go.

The example website can be used as a starting point for your own website. Just modify the layout (colors, logos, etc.) and add your own content.

This sample project is currently available free of charge for customers of our TYPO3 Hosting packages. At a later time we will make if freely available for every interested user.

When we developed this site, we didn't want to provide just a sample, but a modern template that reflects up-to-date technology and is suitable for a practical website.

The sample project has the following features:

• CSS based layout without tables
• XHTML code that validates
• CSS code that validates
• accessible content as far as possible
• optimized for search engines

The current version provides these functions:

• Multi-language site
• Search function
• News with archive
• Print version
• Guestbook

The project is under ongoing development. New versions are made available in our hosting packages automatically.
